User DIY Pain-To-Match Polycarbonate Substrate spotlight hole concealment product. Includes commercial 3M automotive pressure sensitive adhesive. Dimensions: 3-11/16 x 1-1/2 x 0.010" Important stuff: Die cut polycarbonate substrate material is semi-transparent white and must be self-painted-to-match the target vehicle using paint manufactured and formulated for plastic. One example is Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch® 2X Ultra Cover® available in many color choices. Preparation includes cleaning the vehicle surface and removing all RTV silicone, metal burrs, high or rough spots from the initial spot lamp installation and various auto refinishing steps including color matching. Painting notes: Use light coats only. Excess paint can dry on the outer edge of the patch and must be cautiously removed before applying. These are dust magnets, paint in dust free environment for best results. Paint dry time is typically 48 hours or more before application to vehicle in the paint manufacturers specified temperature.
