This is a NOS Moipar dash finish plate. I don;t know the specific application,but my best guess isfor a late 1970's into the 1980's Mopar vehicle. There are three numbers imprinted on the backside of the piece--5209512, 5209532, and 5209536. This piece is in beautiful NOS condition even though the original packaging is missing.
